Anka Jewelry is a Croatian jewelry brand specializing in unique gemstone pieces that celebrate the authenticity of natural beauty.
Before partnering with us, Anka Jewelry primarily relied on revenue from retail stores and ateliers, while their Shopify store generated an average of just €1,000 per month.
Despite having a strong product line, a compelling value proposition, and beautiful branding and packaging, their website was not optimized for conversions, and they lacked a structured paid advertising strategy.
We began by defining their unique value proposition and conducting in-depth market research to gain insights into their competitors and target audience.
Through this process, we identified what customers liked and disliked about similar brands, segmented Anka Jewelry’s audience into customer personas, and uncovered key motivations for purchasing the product. These included their fears, desires, needs, and common objections, which became the foundation of our messaging across product pages and ad creatives.
We developed a strategic calendar for special offers and promotions, leveraging key holidays and seasonal trends to drive urgency and boost customer acquisition. Events such as “Summer Sale,” “BFCM,” and “Christmas Sale” played a significant role in enhancing profitability and attracting new customers.
We completely redesigned the Shopify store, focusing on the homepage, collection pages, and product pages to improve user experience and maximize conversion rates.
Key changes included introducing upsells and incentives on the product page and cart drawer to increase the average order value (AOV).
After testing various ad concepts, we discovered that the most effective ads were those that highlighted the jewelry itself in a visually striking way, paired with a compelling story, a unique messaging angle, or a timely special offer.
Based on these insights, we doubled down on the winning approach, creating ad campaigns that resonated with the audience and drove consistent results.
In the first 30 days of advertising, Anka Jewelry’s revenue surged from €1,000 to €11,700, achieving a return on ad spend (ROAS) of 2.4X.
Our most successful month to date was November, with the online store generating €14,800 in sales and a ROAS of 3.38X.
Notably, 90% of all sales were from new customers, highlighting the effectiveness of our acquisition strategies.
Looking ahead to 2025, the brand plans to expand into new geographical markets beyond Croatia. With a larger total addressable market, we are confident in our strategic plan and excited to help Anka Jewelry achieve 3X to 5X their current monthly revenue.
